We are seeking reliable, safety-conscious Class A CDL Drivers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has a valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A), a strong work ethic, and a commitment to safe, timely, and professional transportation services.

This opportunity offers competitive compensation plus an additional 25% commission per qualifying job completed , providing drivers with the opportunity to increase their earnings based on performance and completed work. And no towing experience necessary! We will teach you the Marv's way!

Responsibilities

• Safely operate commercial trucks and equipment in compliance with DOT and FMCSA regulations.
• Inspect vehicles before and after trips and report maintenance issues.
• Secure cargo and verify load documentation.
• Maintain accurate delivery records, logs, and required paperwork.
• Communicate professionally with dispatchers, customers, and team members.
• Follow all company safety procedures and transportation policies.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A) or Class B (CDL-B)
• Acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass required DOT physical and drug screening.
• Knowledge of commercial driving regulations and safety procedures.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude.

Commission Terms: The 25% commission is calculated according to the company's written commission policy and the agreed-upon qualifying job amount. The commission basis, eligibility requirements, payment schedule, and any applicable deductions will be disclosed before work begins.
