We're seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join a well-established global manufacturer at its production facility in Stilwell, OK. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in improving manufacturing processes, supporting production, and driving operational excellence in a collaborative plant environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day manufacturing operations to maximize efficiency and productivity.
\n
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance quality, safety, and performance.
\n
• Troubleshoot manufacturing and equipment-related issues.
\n
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, quality, and engineering teams.
\n
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing and root cause analysis techniques.
\n
• Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation, procedures, and work instructions.
\n
• Support new equipment installation, process validation, and capital improvement projects.
\n

What We're Looking For

\n
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or a related Engineering discipline.
\n
• Experience working in a manufacturing, production, or plant environment.
\n
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
\n
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Kaizen is an advantage.
\n
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
\n
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Stilwell, Oklahoma.
\n
