We know that for a technician, the support team behind you is just as important as the tools in your hand. We have built a system designed to help you succeed:
  • Stop Chasing Parts: We perform in-office part pre-screens and pre-order parts for most calls before you ever arrive.
  • Fully Stocked Support: You are backed by a fully stocked warehouse with inventory supported by the nation’s two largest appliance parts distributors.
  • Paperless Workflow: We are 100% paperless—all service orders, technical data, and routing are handled electronically via company-issued iPads.
  • Home-Based Dispatch: Start your day from your driveway. You dispatch directly from your home to customer locations.
Exceptional Benefits & Compensation
We offer a competitive pay structure based on experience, market location, and skills. In addition to steady work volume, we offer a comprehensive benefits package:

Health & Wellness
  • Health, Dental, & Vision Insurance: 50% of premiums paid by the company for employees.
  • Health Savings Account (HSA): Includes company contributions.
  • Family Support: Paid Maternity & Paternity Leave.
  • Insurance: Company-Paid Life Insurance/AD&D, with voluntary Critical Illness, Accident, and Hospital Indemnity options.
  • Disability: Long Term Disability coverage.
Financial & Future
