This organization supports a large, diverse workforce and is focused on delivering high-quality benefits programs while ensuring compliance, operational excellence, and a strong employee experience.Job Description:The Senior Benefits Analyst will support the administration and optimization of employee benefits and leave of absence programs. This role is highly analytical and operational, requiring strong expertise in compliance, vendor management, and benefits systems. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in leave management, benefits administration, and handling escalations, along with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Administers comprehensive benefits programs including medical, dental, vision, retirement, and voluntary benefitsManages end-to-end leave of absence processes, including FMLA, ADA, and other regulatory requirementsEvaluates and resolves complex escalations related to benefits, leave cases, and retirement plansAudits payroll and benefits data to ensure accuracy, compliance, and proper reportingCoordinates data integrations and file transfers with third-party vendors and internal systemsMaintains compliance with federal, state, and local regulations including FLSA, ERISA, HIPAA, and related requirementsPartners with HR, payroll, and external vendors to ensure seamless benefits delivery and issue resolutionDevelops employee-facing materials for open enrollment, benefits education, and plan communicationsProduces reporting, analytics, and insights related to benefits utilization and leave trendsSupports system configuration, enhancements, and ongoing maintenance within benefits platforms (including ADP)Assists with annual enrollment processes, audits, and implementation of new or updated benefit programsQualifications:5+ years of experience in benefits administration and leave of absence managementStrong knowledge of FLSA, ERISA, HIPAA, and other applicable regulationsHands-on experience with ADP (required)Proven ability to manage escalations and complex employee casesExperience supporting retirement plans and benefits-related data requestsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and data management skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesBachelor's degree preferred; PHR, SHRM-CP, or CEBS certifications are a plusPerks:Opportunity to work within a global, growth-oriented organizationBenefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).Collaborative, people-focused culture with strong leadership support.Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
