Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: PCU Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 2 Years Minimum Experience Required License: Must have a valid nursing license Certifications: ACLS BLS NIHSS Must-Have: Candidate must successfully pass the EKG Rhythm Interpretation Exam with a minimum overall score of 80% and a score of 100% on lethal rhythms. Must have completed at least 1 travel assignment. Description: The candidate will float between intermediate care and medical units. If needed, the candidate may need to take medicine or intermediate care level boarders. The ratios are 1:4 in intermediate care and 1:5-6 in medical/surgical telemetry. This position requires experience in telemetry, emergency room holding, and cardiac telemetry. Candidates must have skills in managing various medical procedures, including IV management and telemetry monitoring. The role includes responsibilities such as monitoring dysrhythmias, administering blood products, and managing cardiac drips. Additionally, management of hemodialysis and tracheostomy care may be necessary. Employees are required to have the flu vaccine. Scrubs will not be provided; candidates are expected to wear Caribbean Blue. The position may require weekend and holiday shifts based on hospital needs. About Cynet Health
