\n• Lead second‑level administrative hearings on real estate assessment appeals, homestead matters, and classification cases
\n• Investigate facts, review precedents, define issues, and craft solid legal conclusions
\n• Draft clear, evidence‑based written decisions reviewed by Full‑Time Commissioners and fellow Hearing Examiners
\n• Work independently while collaborating with a team committed to fairness, accuracy, and public service
\n \nWho You Are
\n• A detail‑driven legal professional with strong writing and analytical skills
\n• Comfortable running hearings, evaluating evidence, and managing your caseload
