Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: PCU Float Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 1 year preferred License: Valid RN license required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS Must-Have: IV Start Telemetry experience Epic experience Description: The position is for a Registered Nurse in the PCU Float Pool for night shifts. The role requires a minimum of 1 year of experience in nursing, particularly in a progressive care unit. Only candidates with adequate experience will be considered; profiles will be reviewed by management. Candidates may be required to float to different units as needed. Flexibility in scheduling, including potential weekend shifts, is essential. Required skills include intravenous (IV) starts, telemetry monitoring, and familiarity with the Epic charting system. Candidates should have experience in managing various patient conditions and administering treatments per protocols. This position encompasses various clinical responsibilities, including monitoring patient progress and providing comprehensive care.
