Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Progressive Care Unit Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum Years of Experience: 2 Years License: Valid State License Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS Must-Have: Previous Charge Experience Patient Ratio Experience Charting System Experience Description: Seeking a Registered Nurse specializing in Progressive Care. The position involves caring for adult and geriatric patients. The nurse will manage a patient ratio of 1:4 in the unit. The role requires skills in Cardiac Telemetry and Central Line care. Experience in BiPAP/CPAP management and IV management is essential. Candidates should be familiar with the interpretation of dysrhythmias. Procedural Sedation Administration and Monitoring will be performed. The nurse will engage with interdisciplinary support teams. Must be willing to float between nearby facilities if needed. Candidates must be able to commit to working 3 of the 5 major holidays. References are required from recent positions to validate experience.
